Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4, 1979 is an American actress. She has starred in the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999), and Josie and the Pussycats (2001) as well as the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was a daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian , who is now a social worker, and JoAnn Cook, a weaver and cook instructor. Cook is an Italian-born. Cook was seven years old when she was featured in a public announcement about foster care. When she was 10 years old, Cook started working as a child printer model and was featured in national Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuits. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School in Clara Barton, Laurel Springs School in Minneapolis, and Minneapolis South High School.
