Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on February 3rd is an American actor. Her fame grew during the latter part of the 70s and the early 80s due to her roles on a variety of television shows, where she was seen as a glamourous actress. Fairchild began her career on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. Following her appearance in Dallas in which she played Jenna Wade as the very first primetime actress, Fairchild moved on to the NBC program Flamingo Road. For this part, she received a Golden Globe Award in 1980 for Best Actress for a Television Series - Drama. The following year, she was a co-star in ABC's short-lived primetime soap Paper Dolls as well as a role as a character in Falcon Crest as attorney Jordan Roberts between 1985 and 1986. Fairchild is also an actor in theatre and appeared as a guest in a variety of television shows, including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in a Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends.
